Any African American women used ColorFix Color Remover to remove black dye from previously relaxed hair?

I have semi-perm black dye in my hair. My natural hair color is medium-sandy brown. my roots have grown out about 2 inches brown but the rest of my hair is still black. I've tried many At Home procedures, to no avail. I saw a review for COLORFIX Color Remover on Sally's beauty web site. All reviews said hair was not damaged, but my hair is relaxed on the ends. Is it safe to use?

  1. Being that ColorFix doesn't contain any bleach it shouldn't damage your hair but beware of the smell it smells really horrible like rotten eggs with a combination of like trash, also another warning it would not take your hair back to it's original natural hair color it'll leave your hair looking orange or reddish and you'll have to dye over it but you'll have to wait approximately two weeks because re coloring your hair shortly after will just bring your hair back to the black color that your trying to get rid of
