Did anyone see the History Channel Special "Afraid of the Dark"?

The part about Scottland and the Edinburgh vaults. I guess homelessness was illegal so they had to sleep in the vaults, but there were these to serial killers who would sell the bodies to science. Well I can't remember the NAME OF THE KILLERS, the KING that outlawed homelessness, or the TIME PERIOD. Please, if you can answer any of these questions I haven't been able to find them.
