How to change the code on a digital safe?

I have pressed the button on the inside of the door (near the hinges) and then entered a new code, which works to open the safe. Problem is that the old code still works! How do i stop the old code from working?

1. You know, there is more than one brand of safes in the world... Perhaps you want to first reset all codes to factory default, then enter the new code.
2. Remove the batteries for about 30 minutes then try again. You need to finish the code with a B to set it and finish with an A when using it.
