Fallout new vegas Vault 623?

I was told by several diferent people that there is a hidden vault, vault 623, somewhere in the game. I have no idea where it is, but they say its got a couple good guns in it after you kill the ghouls. Anyone got any idea where that is?

1. there is no vault 623 in new vegas, there are 6 vaults, 3, 11, 19, 21,22, and 34
2. Sounds like they were talking about Vault 34, has a bunch of ghouls in it, and once you gain access to the armory there are a couple Mini-Guns(M-134d), Sniper rifles, and the unique gun the All-American, plus some flamer's and grenade launchers.
