I office paper safe to use as rolling paper for home-made "cigarettes"?

I know smoking anything is bad for you. I have a certain substance that I want to smoke and I don't have any special rolling paper. Is regular office paper relatively safe to use? Will it kill me or cause any serious harm? Is there some other make-shift type of paper I can use?

2. I don't see why you're worried about the paper harming you when your going to smoke some other substance... doesn't really make since if you think about it.
3. I've used bible paper and honey in a pinch. the paper is a lot thinner.
4. You can use a poor man's pipe. I have, however, heard that can lead to Alzheimer's if you do it too much . How do you plan on keeping the paper rolled up?
5. The Paper That You Want To Use Is The Thinnest Paper That You Can Find, office Paper Would Work And Wont Kill You But The Pages Of A Book Will Kind Of Mess Up The Flavor. Something Like Tissue Paper Or Even The Pages Of A Book Would Work too.
6. Smoke it in a bowl.
