How do i get the pulse gun in Vault 34 in Fallout New Vegas?

Im so confused i can only find 1 flooded room and i dont know what to do is there a youtube video or something to help me because im soo confused and its irritating me sorry i cant get into overseers office and i have 1 of the terminal keys but where is the other flooded area? i cant even find the that terminal unless its somewhere else. whoever did that youtube video left out all the details i need to get the pulse gun i am SO frustruated i kinda accidentally sold the space suit tho so is there another place i can get a space suit?

1. The pulse gun is in the armory of Vault 34, which is the last room (it requires getting 2 keycards from dead <ghouls?!>), accessing some computer terminals...and fighting LOTS of ghouls. The gun is found in a VERY HARD locked chest in the Armory, which can be accessed either by having a lockpick of 100 OR by getting the key from a filing cabinet in Pearl's Office (Nellis Air Force Base). Note: Each passkey is found underwater and before you get to the water, there is *USUALLY a big spraying leak coming from the ceiling.
2. Leave the Vault, go to the Boomers to Pearl's barracks. There is a key located on a filing cabinets immediately to the right when you first walk in. You have to sneak to get it and it does give you negative karma but it will allow you go get the Pulse Gun. Leave the Boomers, fast travel to Novac. There is a Doctor that roams around the houses of Novac and buy Rad-X and Radaway. *If you are Idolized by Novac then you can get the Rad-X and Radaway for much cheaper* If you buy all they have and still need more just wait 4 In Game Days, all of the shops restock after 4 days. Alternatively, there is a radiation suit that purchased from Blake at the Crimson Caravan Company. There are also Radiation suits in the Hidden Supply Cave, Broc Flower Cave, or Clark field. Fast travel back to Vault 34. The Pulse Gun is located in a Very Hard locked gun case on the floor next to a table in the Armory. With the key you will be able to get the Pulse Gun without having a lock picking skill of 100.
