How safe is it to leave a wall mounted panel heater switched on all the time?

We have a small downstairs loo, and have reviewed the small wall mounted panel heaters you plugin in. I want to know if it is safe to leave them on 24/7 - i.e. all night and all through winter? Is there anyone who can state this as fact in any way? B&Q do one here we are keen on: 0000005054220

1. we have one in our kitchen ( made by Glenn - several years old) - we sometimes keep it on continuously in cold weather - it is fitted with an ambient temperature thermostat so switches off when the room warms up.
2. We don't need to state is as fact. Unless the heater has a sticker advising against continuous use it will be fine. Retailers are obliged to sell safe heaters to British Standards so it will have passed all tests including continuous use.
