How to get rid of Vista Home Security 2011?

I've read in other answers to go into safe mode to get rid of Vista Home Security 2011. I don't understand what to do after going in safe mode, please help??

2. Do what the King suggested....also choose Safe Mode with Networking....you will not be able to run the AV product with out it...........
