Do credit card companies get the money they loan me from their vaults?

When a credit card company can show me the collateral they are putting up maybe I will use one.

3. They get it from the fed at little to no interst and then rape you if you are late
4. they get it from a virtual vault in cyberspace the Federal Reserve, the IMF and the Bank of England - all Central Banks are really just credit card companies
