Questions about Bank Vaults?

Hi, I was trying to create a product to prevent criminals from unlawfully entering bank vaults. The trouble is I only have limited knowledge to how Bank Vault systems work, so if someone who works in a bank or someon who has the knowledge I need could answer any of these questions it would be a tremendous help. - How often is a bank vault combination changed? - Who in the bank is permitted to know the combination? - Does this person decide the combination him/herself or is he/she provided with one? - In what situations would the bank vault be accessed by bank employees? 1. Mark if you are in the UK when did you last hear of anyone breaking into a bank vault. They are impenetrable. Whatever you are inventing cannot be any better than what they have already got.
