since the only thing the rich are spending money on is large vaults to keep there cash why not make it illegal?

for rich people to spend money on large vaults? the rich have an incredible urge to spend money, they wont be able to keep it for long before they spend a small portion, (even .0000001% of their wealth injected into the economy would do wonders)and the economy would be good again.

1. Oh you would like that wouldn't you! Putting all those Large Vault fabricators and installers out of their jobs!
2. Earn the same amount of money and you can do whatever you wish with your earnings. However, do not tell others what they need to do, while you lack the ability to create one job. seriously. Create a job, then w-o-r-k. or do not have anything to offer our collective community?! The Rich obviously have something you need.
3. They create 1.2 slave labor jobs in China for ever billion dollars they put away
4. If they invested in this country, it might improve the economy and help reelect Obama, so they will keep the cash vaulted until after next year.
