How do you access video files of MW3 Video vault on your computer?

I have COD MW3 on my computer with the steam mod. I was wondering if anyone knew where the videos of game play auto record are stored? I've looked through the steam folder to no avail. I figured they are being stored somewhere, because once they are in the online theater, they have to be downloaded, whereas when they are in the vault they do not. I feel like a bit of a doof not being able to find it, so any help would be appreciated. :D Thanks ~Will @Joe: COD Elite has not been released for the PC. @Tom Nathan: I'm not speaking of video capture. I was refering to the auto record function /In-game/ in multiplayer mode. It auto records every game you play and can be viewed via the theater. I was just wondering where the game stores these files?

1. You have to render the clip and after it has rendered, you can find your clip on the call of duty elite website.open up your account on elite and then go to elite tv (if you have done it right, then your clip will appear under "my videos")
