why cant i render my video in call of duty mw3 vault?

im trying to upload a clip i got in a game but when i render it it shows the loading screen and then just shows the last 1 second of the clip and yes it is under 30 seconds

1. have you selected the appropriate part of the video to render? although the clip has to be under 30 seconds you still have to select which part you want to upload
