how to crack a digital safe?

how can i crack a digital safe? or any ideas how i can find out the password? the safe is my brothers and he locked my hwk in it for fun and hes not admiting it. how can i find out the password? like those spy/agent/detective movies where you put something on the buttons or their fingers and you find out later? any ideas? it better be i put something on the buttons and they press it and i find out what they pressed. any ideas?
