just got a used safe from my company with no owners manual safe is a sentry A3807 digital safe cant close it?

have combination to lock it will open but i cant seem to be able to close it and lock it. also anywhere i can find an owners manual. the safe is a sentryA3807 digital safe probably 5 years old. tried sentry-group but no help, any suggestions
