Safe Luxury

I have a Cosmo World TB-3E Home Safe, lost paperwork and the battery went dead. Do you know the default combo?

This home safe was manufactured around 1990 by Tocabi American, the company is in the process of liquidating and no engineers are working now. This safe has a 12 numeral digital keypad with a removable panel that a dial can be put into a socket. I have the dial, but no info on the default combination.

1. I wish I had the answer myself. I have the same exact safe with dead batteries and stuff inside I need to get out. These safes were used in hotel rooms - I bought mine from a guy that sells used hotel furniture,etc. I don't think he's still in business but I'll check. Help - please let me know if you find out anything and I'll do the same..
