Safe Luxury

Would you ever keep your money at home in a safe etc?

And is there a maximum amount that I could legally store at home? Some may not agree but I feel so much safer knowing that I've always got money there and then if ever should need it. Appreciate your answers.

3. i have a safe Hun, but would never keep large amounts in there...although it's secure, it's just to big a risk to put in too much. i have an amount for emergencies or those days when i cant get to the bank x
4. Yes, I keep all my valuables in a safe. The safe is in the sitting room under the floorboards. Chose a good combination for it too 0000, it's the last number anyone will try!
5. Putting money in a safe is a bad idea. If something happens to you, your loved ones may have to prove that taxes were paid on it. Plus there's fires to consider. Personally, if I was going to rob someone's place...I'd steal the safe too and crack it at my leisure.
