After going through color correction and dying my hair and not having the color turn out.... the color ended up being too light for my skin tone (i'm asian so my tone is a bit medium). the color i ended up resulting in was Dark Blonde. (too light for me!) After spending 300 doing my hair at the salon... i am desperate to just get a nice color and spend no more money. So i turned to home box dye (i know i know!). I chosed "Light Amber Brown" to dye my hair and little did i know.. this color had some red in it! so my hair turned out reddish/brown and i want to get rid of the red on my hair!! I am looking to have a nice medium brown hair colour.. not too dark and not too light. Should I buy the "natural light ash brown" color or should i be safe and stick to the "medium ash brown"?? I want it to be a bit light but not dramatically light.... and everyone has told me that ash color will get rid of the red in my hair. Any suggestions?? :(
