on TonyHawksUnderground can you (safely) hook up your digital camera to the ps2 to upload your face?

because i have the correct outlet, there is a usb outlet in my ps2 and it is the same kind as my digital camera (same outlet thats in your computer for camera-to-comp. is that a way to upload your face on tony hawks underground? so in short is it safe to hook your digital camera to the ps2 for tony hawks underground upload your face?
