Does anyone know how to get help -Disabled Mom of 2 sons? Needs clean safe home to live in?

Disabled Mom-used to work as RN -supported my sons. Now due to domestic violence injury-I've had 3 lower and 2 neck surgeries I'm permanently disabled. I need to find an "angel" that could help me get a home-I could pay mortgage each month from social security check .Don't have any savings to put down payment on house, poor credit due to ex-husband alcohol/gambling problems. Does anyone know of someone/organization that could help us??

1. Depending on where you live, you may need to look for resources in your area. As far as buying a home...you may be lucky enough to find a sympathetic person to assist in financing. Look at some "rent to own" or "for sale by owner" or "owner financed" homes. Good luck.
