How do I find out the model number of my Sentry home safe?

I obtained this safe at an estate sale. I can get the combination from Sentry, but I have to provide the model number and the serial number. I found the SN, but cannot find the model number. The safe is old enough that it is not offered by Sentry anymore. Please help !!!

1. My sentry is about 15 years old and it is located on the front of the safe. My model is A3550 and is located right under the key pad. Hope it helps.
