How safe is my parental lock code from being unlocked by someone in the home?

I have only used the computer's setting lock code. Is there such a code that would break it?

This tool for controlling your child's PC usage offers some nice tools for a free product but isn't quite perfect. It seems someone always figures out a hack code eventually.
