4. I don't know if this phone will work with AT&T in Houston - the easiest way to find this out is just to call them up and ask. You are allowed to use any phone you want with your service provider - of course, AT&T will want you to buy a phone from them, but they should still be able to tell you if this phone will work with their network. Be polite, patient and persistent and you should be able to get a straight answer. Please note however that I cannot recommend this - you are usually better off buying your phone from your cellphone service provider - you usually get a better price and warranties, plus you have someone to turn to if things go wrong. Additionally, you need an unlocked phone if you want to use it with AT&T - resellers usually specify if a phone is unlocked as it is a big selling point - therefore it is likely that the phone referenced at both of these sites is locked. However you can send an email directly to the resellers to ask them if the phone is locked or unlocked and to ask about return policy (should be a minimum of 30 days for any reason, and you should get all your money back with no restocking fee). I have purchased several items from Amazon marketplace reseller and have had both good and bad experiences. I have not purchased anything from either of these resellers so I cannot recommend them - you will have to check out the buyer reviews posted at Amazon and the reseller rating and make your own evaluation.
