Betta Home?

I found this betta fish bowl, but I don't know if it would be safe. I know a lot of people say to keep them in a tank, but if I only get one, I (nor my dad) don't think I need all of that room. What do you think about that? Back to the bowl. So like I said, I fould it on-line. It hangs on the wall and looks really cool! There is only one main problem........If you look at the top closley, it is open a little bit. I know bettas jump, so I don't know if it would be safe. There is a link at the bottom. There are reviews too. Tell me what you think. Is it safe?
