Has anyone recently stayed at Gruphotel Cala Pi in Llucmajor?

We are booked at this hotel for the first week of June. My husband and I were planning to leave our son home but I'm thinking he might like the experience. First, is it a family friendly place...like would a 5 year old enjoy it? If so, what kind of activities do you recommend? Second, I've read mixed reviews about this hotel - now, I know they are subjective - what you love, I might not. However, they are really mixed - some say it's really safe and beautiful and then others say they have been robbed there and suspect it was an inside job at the hotel. I got this info from TripAdvisor, RCI, etc. Any information from anyone - good or bad, would be helpful! Thanks in advance!
