Need a recommendation for an engineering procurement construction firm dealing in waste to energy production?

I am looking for a firm that manufacturers equipment that will transpose waste material to environmentally safe residue with an energy production as a by-product. The company must be able to (1) ship the plant overseas (2) have the capability to export to Nigeria (3) provide initial set-up and ongoing support for the equipment and (4) have the initial station [of 15] running within 6 months of the order being placed and payment received at their home office.
